High Protein Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wraps

These wraps are crispy, cheesy, loaded with protein, and absolutely covered in creamy garlic parmesan sauce 😭 Perfect for meal prep but honestly good enough to eat every single day.

Ingredients — Chicken

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp chili powder

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Ingredients — Garlic Parmesan Sauce

2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt

Ingredients — Wraps

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup cooked white rice

Extra parmesan cheese for topping

Vejledning

Toss cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chili powder.

Air fry or bake at 400°F for 14–16 minutes until crispy and fully cooked. Toss with parmesan cheese and parsley.

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then pour in heavy cream.

Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until smooth and creamy.

Fill tortillas with lettuce, rice, crispy chicken, and drizzle generously with garlic parmesan sauce.

Wrap tightly, toast lightly in a skillet if desired, then top with extra parmesan and parsley before serving.
