Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredienser

500g (about 3½–4 cups) frozen or fresh strawberries

3 tbsp chia seeds

Optional: 1 or 2 tsp maple syrup or honey (only if needed)

Vejledning

Place frozen strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat.

Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and bubbling.

Use a fork to gently mash the strawberries, then remove from heat.

Stir in the chia seeds.

Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken as the chia seeds gel.

Transfer to a clean jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
