Spiced Beef Cucumber Boats

2 Ib ground beef

2 tsp onion powder

1½ tsp garlic powder

1½ tsp salt

¾ tsp black pepper

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp Italian spices

1 tbsp black sesame seeds

2 tbsp olive oil

Vejledning

mix gently, press onto pan, part to form kebabs

sprinkle on top ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped

preheat oven and bake at 400° for 15 mins then broil for 2-3 mins

hollow cucumbers

place kebabs, add tzatziki and hot sauce
