Ingredienser

• 2 single serve instant mashed potato cups + 1 frozen cauliflower rice steamer pack

• 6 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins

• BBQ seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika

• green veggie of choice (I also like corn on the cobb with this meal

HONEY BUTTER SAUCE: • 2 TBS butter • 1 TBS honey • splash of soy sauce • tsp garlic • (stir + microwave to melt)

mix together honey butter sauce ingredients, microwave for 30 seconds or until melted and set aside

cut chicken into bite sized pieces, season with BBQ seasoning, and other seasonings listed then air fry 3 min 400F, flip, 3 more min. then glaze with your sauce

prepare both mashed potato cups and cauliflower rice package according to package directions, then mix together and season to your liking

Assemble bowl/tupperware in this order: mashed potato mixture (split evenly amongst 3 bowls) chicken veggie of choice on side drizzle any remaining sauce over top
