Ingredients for 2 tacos:
2 mini tortillas
50g of grated light cheese
3/4 tbsp of light gravy mixed in half a cup of boiling water
1/2 an onion
90g of cooked chicken / 120 of raw chicken
Parsley / salt / pepper / paprika
Vejledning
fry the chicken, and onion in some seasoning.
Once cooked, take out the chicken and shred using two forks
Mix the gravy with the chicken and onion. You only want it to be slightly juicy, you don’t want too much liquid so you don’t need to use all of it if not needed
Dip the tortilla in the empty chicken pan to give it some colour
Add the chicken in the tortillas on one side and then add the cheese. Make sure to leave a sprinkle
Put in an air fryer and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese. Just makes it crunchy😎
Air fry for 3-4 mins
Eat it on repeat because you will love 😏
