High Protein Cottage Cheese Pancakes

These are one of my favorite ways to up my protein game first thing in the morning! The perfect recipe to bring into the new year!

1/2 cup @good_culture cottage cheese

2 @peteandgerrys eggs

1/2 cup milk

2 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

chocolate chips to taste

How to:

Vejledning

Start by adding your cottage cheese, eggs, milk to a blender. Blend on medium speed for two minutes.

add your flour and baking powder and mix until combined.

Heat up a skillet on medium low heat and add your batter. Top with chocolate chips and flip after 2 minutes

Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!!
