2 cups almond flour
3/4 cups 2% cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Vejledning
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix the almond flour, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, baking powder, and salt until combined. The dough should be thick, almost like cookie dough. Add flour if too wet.
Split into 9 portions and place on baking sheet. Press down lightly to form a biscuit shape.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and baked through.
