Easiest-ever peach sorbet

• portioner: Serves 4

Ingredienser

4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced, then frozen

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp honey

Vejledning

1 Place the frozen peach slices in a food processor and whizz until smooth.

2 Add the water and honey and whizz again until smooth and creamy.

3 Serve immediately or return to the freezer unti ready to serve.
