Mcdonald’s Hashbrown Recipe

3 large russet potatoes, peeled and grated
2 Tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp MSG
1 tsp garlic powder
1 whole egg
½ cup cornstarch
Vejledning
Peel, grate, and rinse the potatoes. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients.
Flatten the mixture into a ½-inch thick sheet and freeze until solid.
Once frozen, cut and shape into individual hashbrowns.
Fry at 375°F until golden brown and delicious (GBD).
