Cajun Alfredo Tortellini

1 lb chicken breast, chopped
1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
2 tbsp butter
Olive oil spray
1 bag frozen onions and peppers
½ cup chicken broth
1 jar Rao’s Alfredo sauce
1 family-size bag cheese tortellini
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
Cajun Two Step seasoning, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Smoked paprika, to taste
Vejledning
Spray a large pan with olive oil and melt 2 tbsp butter.
Add chicken breast, season with Cajun Two Step, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned.
Add sliced andouille sausage and cook down.
Stir in frozen onions and peppers, cook until softened.
Pour in chicken broth and Rao’s Alfredo sauce. Stir to combine.
Add cheese tortellini and let cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Top with mozzarella cheese, mix together until melted and creamy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
