Cranberry/Jam Chia Seed Pudding

1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp masala chai
1/2 cup chia seeds
Honey to taste
Jam or leftover cranberry sauce
Yogurt to garnish
Vejledning
1. In a pot, heat the milk, water, and chai over medium heat until simmering. Stir the chai and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir, then bring to a boil once more and remove from heat. Let sit for 2 mins. Strain the chai leaves and pour into a container.
2. Mix in the chia seeds and agave, to taste. Close and refrigerate overnight.
3. Layer chia pudding with cranberry sauce. Garnish with a dollop of yogurt.
