Impossible Pie

Ingredienser

2 cups of milk

3/4 cups sugar

1/2 cup Bisquick mix

4 eggs

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup angel flake coconut

Vejledning

Combine milk, sugar, and Bisquick. Mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer for three minutes.

Pour in a greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand for five minutes. Sprinkle with one cup coconut flakes. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
