Shrimp Smashed Tacos

If you love prawn toast, you will love it’s healthier and easier to make cousin - prawn smashed tacos! No need to deep fry, just make your prawn mix, spread on some mini corn or flour tortillas, and pan fry with or without oil for just 2-3 minutes and it’s done - so delicious!

Recipe:

200g raw king prawns

2 spring onions

10g coriander

1 red chilli

1 egg

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1/2 tsp white pepper

1 tbsp cornflour

1/2 tsp salt

Juice of 1/2 a lime

10 mini taco tortillas

Also forgot to show 1 garlic clove too!
