No-knead Soft Sandwich Bread, for Sandwiches, Toast, and Bey

Friends, I’ve been making some sort of variation of this bread for about a year now. I’ve used olive oil in place of butter, all water, all milk, a little honey, a little sugar, and my family’s favorite version for sandwiches is this one, which calls for equal parts by weight milk and water, no sweetener, and melted butter 👍👍

It’s soft and sturdy, nicely sweetened but not sweet at all 🍞🍞

It takes no time to stir together and you can use more or less yeast depending on your time constraints. Find notes in the recipe on how to do so 🤗

For best results, use a scale to measure! 🙏🙏 Volume measures simply are not accurate.

500 g bread flour (approximately 4 C)

8 g salt

8 g instant yeast

3/4 cup of water

3/4 cup of milk

4TBSP melted butter (57g)
