1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground coriander

½ tsp fennel seeds

¼ tsp ground cumin

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp sea salt

2½ Tbsp olive oil (optional)

1 Tbsp tomato paste (optional)
