Maple Mustard Salmon

Maple Mustard Salmon

Crazy Simple Crazy Yum.

1 large white onion, sliced thin and round

1 large red onion , sliced thin and round

1 (2-3lb) salmon fillet skin on

Salt, pepper, minced garlic or garlic powder and onion salt.

1/2 cup good quality mustard (I use stone ground)

1/4 cup of maple syrup (more if you like sweeter)

1 bunch fresh @kosher_taste parsley chopped

Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle generously with olive oil.

Vejledning

Add the onions to the pan and spread out. Season onions with more oil, salt and pepper.

Lay the Salmon fillet skin side down on top of the onions.

Season salmon with salt, pepper and minced garlic.

Mix together the mustard and maple syrup. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder .

Brush all of it on over the top of the salmon.

Top it with fresh parsley. And lemon zest.

Bake in 375F or 400F for 20-25 minutes
