Bacon wrapped asparagus with a cream sauce

Ingredienser

3 pice aspaerigus

1 slice bacon

steak spice

1 tbsp olive oil

[CREAM SAUCE]

2 tablespoons butter

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup homo milk lmao

¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

1 pinch lemon zest

Vejledning

wrap 3 asperigus with bacon and coat in olive oil and steak spice,

cook in oven at 350 till tender

fry garlic in butter till fragrent

add flour to make blonde roux

stir in milk and add parmasaun and season to taste
