Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredienser

  • 2 bell peppers

  • 1.2lbs vivaldi sweet onion

  • 2 limes

  • 2lb chicken tendies

  • 6 tortillas (or 12 carb counter la bandita 8”)

  • 1.5lbs Mexican blend cheese

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 1 bundle of cilantro (LOTSS A MUST)

  • Salt, pepper, Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper

  • 8oz Light sour cream

  • .5lbs pace medium chunky salsa

Vejledning

Veggies

  • Slice veggies and chop in half

  • Cook with seasoning

  • add garlic halfway through

Chicken

  • Remove tendon

  • toss with olive oil and seasoning

  • Cook till 165

  • slice into cubes

Assemble

  • tortilla

  • cheese

  • Chicken

  • veggies

  • cheese

  • Smear of sour cream on top tortilla

  • Smear of salsa on top of sour cream

Notater

May 2 notes:

  • Alittle dry

  • Needs sour cream on the side or add salsa

  • Delicious! The tons of cilantro really makes it

  • CarbCounter and light sour cream great

  • Needs a shit ton of paprika
