Chermoula Marinade

Ingredienser

1-2 cloves of garlic

1 bunch cilantro

1 whole preserved lemon, flesh discarded and the skin chopped

1 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp sweet paprika

Juice of half a lemon

4 tbsp olive oil

Blend all ingredients

Season with salt and pepper

Great marinade for fish or other meats
