Lime Cream Pie Martini

1 ½ oz vanilla vodka

1 oz key lime juice (or fresh lime juice)

1 oz coconut cream

1 oz heavy cream

1/2 oz simple syrup

Crushed graham crackers (for rim)

Lime wheel or zest (for garnish)

Rim a chilled martini glass with lime juice and dip into crushed graham crackers to coat the edge.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add vanilla vodka, key lime juice, coconut cream, heavy cream, and simple syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and creamy.

Strain into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel or a sprinkle of lime zest.
