Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredienser

3 cups of shredded chicken

Jumbo pasta shells

Alfredo sauce (jarred or homemade)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

Cream cheese

Seasonings-Salt, pepper garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Cajun

Vejledning

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Grab your casserole dish and line the bottom with your Alfredo sauce.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half a block of cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in the casserole dish.

Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parsley.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees, until the cheese is bubbly and golden then ENJOY!🫶🏻

ALFREDO SAUCE

Get a Half a stick of butter and one tablespoon on garlic let it cook for 2-4 minutes. Mix well

Next add half a block of cream cheese and let that melt. Mix well

Once your cream cheese has melted had 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and 1 cup of parmesan cheese, seasonings- salt pepper Cajun. Let that cook down and let it thicken up for about 10 minutes then enjoy.
