High Protein Pistachio Gelato

If you’re looking for a creamy and refreshing high protein treat this is it! It’s SO easy to make and you can switch up the toppings and variations as you please!

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup cottage cheese

3/4 cup unsalted or lightly salted pistachios

1/2 lime juice

1-2Tbsp honey

Blend together all ingredients, top with some more crushed pistachios, freeze and enjoy!
