Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

This pasta is ridiculously creamy and packed with flavor 😭 Juicy seasoned chicken over buttery garlic parmesan pasta is basically restaurant-quality comfort food at home.
Ingredients — Chicken
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Ingredients — Pasta & Sauce
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Vejledning
Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Add cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water, tossing until fully coated in the sauce.
Slice chicken and serve over the creamy garlic parmesan pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan cheese.
