Rustic No-Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp instant yeast

1 1/2 cups warm water

2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

2–3 garlic cloves (minced)

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, yeast, rosemary, and garlic. Stir in warm water until a sticky dough forms.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rest at room temperature for 12–18 hours.

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven inside to heat for 30 minutes.

Turn dough onto floured surface, shape into a ball, and place on parchment paper.

Carefully transfer to hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden.

Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
