Ingredienser

¾ oz rosemary maple syrup

¾ oz lime juice

1½ oz pear juice

¾ oz pear liqueur

2 oz vanilla bean tequila

garnish: lime wheel, pear slice, rosemary sprig

Vejledning

add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel, pear slice, and rosemary sprig.

ROSEMARY MAPLE SYRUP —

1 cup maple syrup

¼ cup water

4 rosemary sprigs

combine all ingredients into a small sauce pot and heat on medium low. allow flavors to steep while it cools to room temperature. strain and store in the fridge.

VANILLA BEAN TEQUILA

1 (6 inch) vanilla bean pod, split and scraped

200g tequila blanco

add both the vanilla bean and tequila into a jar and let it sit at room temp overnight or up to three days. strain and store at room temp.
