Ingredience

200 g of dark chocolate

125 g of butter

2 eggs

110 g of fine white sugar

40 g brown sugar

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp vanilla extract

65 g of all purpose flour

40 g of dark cocoa powder

Pokyny

Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in the microwave. Set aside.

In a bowl or mixing bowl, combine the 2 eggs and sugars.

Add and beat the egg yolk and vanilla extract. Then add the melted chocolate with the butter and beat again.

Sift and add the flour and cocoa powder. Add to the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 175° C for 25-30 minutes.
