Apple Cake (Mary Kuhar)

Ingredience

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

4 cups diced apples

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup walnuts

2 eggs

Pokyny

Sift together, the flour sugar, soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.

Mixed together, the 4 cups of diced apples, margarine, walnuts, and two eggs. Stir in the flower mixture.

Bacon 325° for one hour.

Makes one loaf.
