Coconut Lime Fish with Lemon Garlic Sauce

For the Fish:

4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, halibut)

Shredded coconut

Flour (all-purpose or rice flour for gluten-free)

Paprika, salt, and pepper

Vegetable oil

For the Lemon Garlic Sauce:

Butter

Garlic, minced

Fresh lemon juice

Honey (optional)

Broth (vegetable or chicken)

Salt and pepper

For Garnish:

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Prepare the Fish:

Mix shredded coconut, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat fish fillets evenly.

Cook the Fish:

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry fish 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in lemon juice, honey (optional), and broth. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve:

Place fish on plates, pour sauce over, garnish with cilantro, and add lime wedges.
