Copycat KFC Coleslaw (Lisa)

Ingredience

8 cups cup chopped cabbage, fine

1/4 cup chopped carrot (chopped like a rice kernel)

Dressing:

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup of milk

1/2 cup mayo

1/4 cup butter, buttermilk

1 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar

2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Pokyny

Dressing:

Combine all the dressing ingredients and beat until smooth.

Poor dressing over coleslaw and mix well. Refrigerate two hours.
