Japanese Curry

Ingredience

Spicy Golden curry box

1lb Chuck steak

2 carrots

1 onion

4 tbsp of butter

5 cups of water

Salt

Pepper

Bar of milk chocolate

2 tbsp of honey

Shredded cheddar cheese

Pokyny

Melt butter in pan on medium heat

Add diced carrots and onions, season, leave on for 10 minutes

Add beef, season, brown

Add 5 cups of water and bring to a boil

Add curry bricks and let simmer for 10 minutes

Add honey, chocolate, and cheese

Put in slow cooker for 4 hrs

Serve with white rice, gyoza, katsu pork or chicken
