Au Jus:
1tsp Soy sauce
3 cups water
4 tsp beef bouillon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Pokyny
1. Place the water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low; whisk in the beef bouillon.
3. Whisk in the soy sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
4. If you like a thicker Au Jus gravy, you can also whisk in a little flour to thicken it.
