Creamy Cajun Sausage Ravioli

1 lb spicy Italian sausage, casings removed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp smoked paprika

1 package (9–12 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cook the Ravioli

Boil ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Sausage

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté 3–4 minutes until tender and fragrant.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce

Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Everything

Return cooked sausage and ravioli to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything evenly in the creamy Cajun Parmesan sauce.

Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad.
