Apricot Cocktail V2 (Red Lady)

Ingredience

1/2 mandarin orange, peeled, wedges

3-4 raspberries

1/2 lime, juiced

1/2 oz apricot liqueur

1/2 oz orange liqueur (harlequin)

1/2 oz agave

1 1/2 oz vodka

1 pinch of ground cardamom (optional)

Pokyny

In an empty cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the orange segments and raspberries (if using) with the lime juice.

Add ice, then the remaining ingredients. Shake well.

Strain into your favorite glass.

Poznámky

Made this without the cardamom, then added a pinch of cardamom halfway though (and stirred). It was subtle, but a nice touch! would like to try with rosemary next time.
