Creamy Garlic Orzo

2 tbsp butter
6 cloves minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp Fresh rosemary
Jar of Sun dried tomatoes
1/2 tbsp honey
1 cup Chicken stock
1 cup Orzo
1⁄2 cup Heavy cream
1⁄2 stick Butter
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
Some garlic/onion powder
2 tbsp Fresh parsley
1⁄2 cup Gouda (Shredded)
1⁄4 cup Parmesan/Pecorino romano
Salt, Black pepper (to taste)
1⁄2 of a Lemon juice

Add butter to pan, brown it.
Sauté garlic, onions, and fresh rosemary until fragrant. Can add sundries tomatoes.
Add orzo to pan and toast
Add chicken bouillon cube and water. Stir to dissolve the bouillon and bring to a simmer.
Add seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika.
Cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the orzo absorbs most of the liquid and is al dente.
Once the orzo is cooked, stir in the heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley.
Add extra water if a more saucy consistency is desired.
If adding cheese, stir in the shredded Gouda and Parmesan (or Pecorino Romano)
Squeeze half a lemon and parsley over the orzo.
Serve immediately once finished cooking to maintain creamy texture.
