Butternut Squash Casserole (Patti Dean)

Ingredience

2 c mashed squash (1 big or 2 small)

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp prepared mustard

1 egg

Pokyny

Combine all and bake at 350º for 20 mins.

To get the mashed squash, I cut in half lengthwise and put in pan of water and bake in oven until tender.
