Delicious Salmon

Ingredience

1/4 cup melted butter

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

4 tsp minced Italian parsley or dried parsley

4 salmon fillet pieces

Salt and pepper to taste

Pokyny

Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Salt and pepper the salmon and put on a greased cookie sheet. Put the wet mixture on top of the salmon. Bake at 450°F for 10-15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
