Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredience

1 pound hamburger

2 stalks celery, cut fine

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 large can of tomato juice

1 can of tomato paste

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

A shake of allspice

Brown, the hamburger in the oil along with the celery, onion, and garlic. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook on high heat for one hour. Stir occasionally. Then cook on low for one more hour.
