Today we are feauturing this HEALTHIER HERB “SCHNITZEL”
made with simple clean ingredients, this a recipe you’ll be saving to make again and again.
The chicken is soooo soft and tender, flavorful, and perfectly light with a little crisp from the dried onion flakes (it’s INSANE!)
use chicken tenders(this is what I use in the video), chicken breast, or spring chicken (pargit)

sear on the stovetop for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden, grill on the bbq, or bake in the oven!
Healthier Herb “schnitzel” KLP:
2 lbs (1 kilo) chicken tenders
1/3 cup dried onion flakes
4 tsp paprika, sweet/smoked
4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper flakes
3 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs honey
add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine
add olive oil, honey, and chicken tenders, and toss to coat well and evenly.
cook:
pan sear: heat 3 Tbs oil in a pan and sear chicken about 3 minutes per side, or till crispy. Work in batches and remove any burnt bits in between
grill: cook on a hot grill 3-4 minutes per side
oven: bake at 390f (200 Celsius) for 30 minutes
serve and enjoy!
