For the Beef:

250 g beef, thinly sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp mirin

1 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp white pepper

½ tsp baking soda

1 egg white

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp ketchup

3 tbsp honey

2 tsp chili flakes

½ tbsp cornstarch

¼-½ tsp MSG

For Coating:

1 cup cornstarch or sweet potato starch INT

For the Vegetables:

3 garlic cloves

½ onion

1 small carrot

Instructions:

1. Marinate the beef for 15 minutes.

2. Coat the beef in cornstarch or sweet potato starch, then fry until extra crispy, Set aside.

3. Sauté the garlic, onion, and carrot.

4. Add the sauce and cook until glossy.

5. Toss in the crispy beef and serve immediately.
