•260 g butter

350 g granulated sugar

320 g “0000” flour (very fine all-purpose flour)

10 g vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 g salt

100 g chocolate chips

Start by mixing the melted butter with the sugar. Then add the eggs, and finally incorporate the dry ingredients.

Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so it’s easier to handle. Take small portions of dough and press them into tart molds using your hands (it has a high fat content, so it won’t stick).

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Once out of the oven, press down the center to create a small “well” shape so you can fill them.

Fill them with whatever you like!
