This high-protein baked pancake recipe is for you (+ the family)! It’s designed to keep your mornings stress-free, while still hitting your macros and satisfying your sweet cravings.

What You’ll Need:

2 eggs

50g plain flour

50g low fat greek yogurt

10g protein powder

10ml maple syrup

5ml vanilla essence

10g olive oil

100g mixed berries

Pokyny

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, plain flour, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla essence, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth.

Gently fold in the mixed berries.

Pour the batter into a baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through (you can check by inserting a toothpick – it should come out clean).

Let it cool before storing in the fridge.

Serve warm or store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
