Pear, pecan salad

Ingredience

dressing:

1/2c evoo

juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp honey

2 garlic cloves

salt & pepper

Salad:

2 - 5oz containers of baby arugula

2 pears

1 bag candied pecans

1/2c shaved gouda

2 tbsp chives
