Ingredience

2lbs pork (pork shank)

2 tbsp anise wine or rice wine

2 tbsp anatto water

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp cooking oil

4 tbsp sugar

1/8 tsp salt Peter

Pokyny

Marinate meat in mixture and let ripen in refrigerator for 3 days.

Dont need salt peter if using right away. Use if wanting to preserve.
