Best chicken tortilla Soup ever!

Ingredience

1 - 2# whole chicken or 2-3 chicken breasts

One can black beans rinsed

One can corn

One cup chopped onion

1/2-3/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon tomato bouillon

1 1/2 teaspoons cumin

1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 teaspoons oregano

1 teaspoon chili powder

Red pepper flakes

One box chicken broth

Water enough to cover chicken

TOPPINGS:

Homemade tortilla strips

Diced tomatoes

Sour cream

Diced avocado

Jalapeños

Cilantro

Salsa

Boil all ingredients except for toppings until chicken is cooked. Take chicken out and shred it. Ladle into bowl top with toppings of your choice.
