Tiramisu

Ingredience

500 g marscapone cheese

1 1/2 c very strong coffee

4 eggs

2 packages lady fingers

3 oz. liqueur of your choice (Kahlua, Frangelico suggested)

Pokyny

Separate eggs. Beat whites til firm & fluffy.

Add cheese & 1 oz liqueur by folding.

Mix coffee & remaining liqueur.

Dip fingers into mixture of coffee & liqueur & line bottom of 9x13 glass dish.

Cover with 1/2 marscapone mixture. Repeat biscuits & marscapone mixture.

Sprinkle with semi sweet chocolate shavings.

Refrigerate. Best when made 24 hours in advance.
