Mega Quesadilla

Ingredience

• Mexican cheese

• Pinto beans (drained)

• Black beans (drained)

• Onion

• Red pepper

• Guacamole (topping)

• Sour cream (topping)

• Grande tortilla shells

Pokyny

1. Spray baking sheet with avocado oil

2. Put extra large tortillas on baking sheet

3. Fill tortillas with ingredients

4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425, with another baking sheet on top

5. Bake for 10 minutes at 425, uncovered until golden brown
