Pesto Chicken💖

Ingredience

2 large or 3-4 small boneless chicken breasts

Olive oil

1 jar pesto sauce

1 can diced tomatoes (or sliced fresh)

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper.

Pokyny

Preheat oven to 350

Coat chicken in olive oil and place in large Pyrex dish

Pour jar of pesto over chicken

Top with can of tomatoes

Salt and pepper

Top with cheese

Core and bake for 30 minutes

Uncover and make a few minutes longer if cheese not melted.
