Bbq Broiled Salmon Bowls With Kiwi Salsa

Ingredience

1 1/2 lbs salmon

2 tb maple syrup

1 tb olive oil

2 tsp smoked paprika

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp kosher salt

Kiwi Salsa:

6 @zesprikiwifruit Sun Gold Kiwifruit, chopped

1/3 cup cilantro, chopped

1/2 red onion, finely diced

1 avocado, diced

1 jalapeno, seeded removed and chopped finely

1 tb honey

1 lime, juiced and zested

1/2 tsp kosher salt

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

Pickled onions

Turn on broiler to high. Lay salmon on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together the salmon rub. Brush it on evenly over the salmon. Broil for 7-9 minutes until you reach your desired doneness. Mash with forks and set aside. Make the kiwi salsa. Chop the kiwi and add to a large bowl, along with remaining salsa ingredients. Toss well, taste and adjust as needed. Finally, plate your meal, with rice on the bottom, the salmon, the kiwi salsa and some pickled onions. Enjoy immediately!
