Quick and Easy Bourbon Chicken at Home Aka Mall Chicken

Ingredience

Chicken thighs seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika

Sear on each side for 7-8 minutes until you get a nice char

For the sauce:

1/2 cup soy sauce (I used low sodium)

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

Garlic paste

Ginger paste

Dark brown sugar

Butter

Bring sauce to a boil

Toss in the chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes

Serve with jasmine rice for the best bourbon chicken ever!
