Drain 3 cases of Canned, Yams, setting aside some juice

Place in pan, no more than 2 layers thick

Thicken pineapple juice and chunks with corn starch and yam juice to make a 1-1/2 gallon

Salt to taste

Pour sauce over yams

cover with foil

Cook in oven @ 350F for 20 minutes
